This paper is designed to suppport First Nations involved in the treaty making process, and offers information and support to First Nations who are directly involved in the treaty process. Specifically, this paper is intended to be used by First Nations to determine what their definition and implementation of governance over education will look like. The options outlined in this paper are not exhaustive, and are intended to stimulate further discussion.
