This is the last of four ECCE courses in the Child and Youth Care Program. It is designed to build on the play-based foundation of ECCE I and extend the program-planning fouindation of ECCE II and III. It examines the learning environment as the sum of its parts, explores administrative structures, practices, policies and procedures, deepens student's understanding of and ability to plan and facilitate an integrated, developmentally appropriate program, and fosters recognition of the importance of ongoing professional development and networking.
