"August 4th 2008".

This document is a response to the invitation of the Early Learning Agency for the Aboriginal Child Care Society to comment on what they believe to be the most important factors to consider in the expansion of early learning programs in BC. Twenty-six recommendations were made covering all aspects of the possible implications related to new programming and needs specific to the culture of Aboriginal children, and the rights of children in general. Holistic, cultural and familial inclusiveness are predominant themes throughout this excellent detailed response.
